About Pamela ..

I have been dedicated and enthusiastic about nutrition, holistic health, and fitness for my entire life. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the past 14. She currently teaches people of all ages from toddlers to seniors. With over 20 years experience working with children, Pamela teaches children's yoga classes as well as leads the Peace Play Children's Yoga Teacher Training. She offers private in-home yoga classes as well as public classes throughout Morris, Essex, Union and Somerset Counties in New Jersey.

Pamela has been a New Jersey resident for over 35  years, and currently resides in Somerset County.
