Welcome, and thanks for visiting my website. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor offering public yoga classes as well as in-home private or group sessions. I strive to provide each person I teach with a purposeful class, tailored to meet their individual needs.
My goal is to help people feel strong, grounded and relaxed through yoga. Yoga is for everyone and my teaching is adaptable for all levels whether you have been practicing for years or have never taken a class before. The style of yoga I teach is an alignment based vinyasa, which means we utilize the breath to move from posture to posture while placing an emphasis on proper form and alignment. Each session consists of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana (deep relaxation).
Traditionally, yoga was passed down from teacher to student, one on one. Working with a Certified Yoga Instructor allows you to expand your knowledge of yoga and deepen your personal practice all from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
